The following is the Return and Exchange Policy for Heavenly Scents Inc
** Returns -
There are ZERO returns allowed. We make per order so every order is a custom order. You will not be allowed to ship anything back to us. If you decide to reject a package and it gets returned to us, there will be a 20% return fee applied to a refund of your original order after we subtract the shipping costs (if we provided free shipping). Just because you do not like a scent, this is not a reason to return something to us. Please purchase samples, melts, etc to test to ensure you like the scents before purchasing in bulk.
** Exchanges -
There are ZERO exchanges allowed. If you do not like something, this is not a reason to ask for an exchange. We will not accept any exchanges. If you attempt to return the items, see above section for RETURNS.
** Our Mistakes -
If Heavenly Scents makes a mistake, then we will do everything in our power to correct it. Just reach out to us via the Contact link and let us know the problem.
