Shipping policy

** Shipping -

Your address needs to be correct. Any returns to us due to an incorrect or "no known address" will require shipping to be paid again to reship your package. Upon refusal to pay for shipping, there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund.


** Shipment says "Delivered" -

If your orders shows as "Delivered", and you are saying you did not receive it, you will need to contact UPS, USPS, or FedEx and file a claim. Once it says delivered, Heavenly Scents has fulfilled their responsibility in ensuring we shipped the item and it was delivered to your address. You can still contact us as well but we have the same information you do. This issue now lies between you and the carrier.

** Shipping Damage -

If there is damage to your items, DO NOT throw away any of the packaging and you will need the provide the following to Heavenly Scents:

We will need pictures of:
1. Damaged items
2. Inner box the items were shipped in showing the damaged area (if there is one)
3. Outer box the items arrived in. Please include the shipping label, bottom of box. and the sides or area the damage looks like it came from.
4. A summary from you of how many of what items were damaged.

We may also require you to bring the damaged items to USPS or hold for a possible UPS inspection. Failure to do so can impact the refund.

Heavenly Scents will have the option of refunding the amount or replacing the items.
